This is a super tidy Harley Davidson Sportster Forty-eight custom motorcycle.

From a purely aesthetic standpoint, the Forty-Eight is one of the best looking cruiser motorcycles on the market. A custom fabricated rear sissy bar which accommodates the LED lit number plate is a top edition for that road trip and rear passenger. A 4 piece Kellermann Indicator and brake light package has been professionally wired in to the electrics. Slip on Screaming Eagle tail pipes, Blacked out wheels, custom handle bar set, blacked out levers, super tidy cosmetic and mechanical work executed on this understated little sportster 48" The lines are reminiscent of old school bobbers and let’s be honest, even parked it looks like it’s ready to kick some ass. Borrowing the motor and tires from the 1200 Custom, and a steeper fork angle, shorter wheelbase, and beefier forks reminiscent of the Roadster, the Forty-Eight adds its own image-driven ergonomics and attitude. The result is a motorcycle that is quite fun to ride, in limited doses. Just as the 1200 Custom and Roadster are comfortable motorcycles to ride on all-day excursions, the foot-and-fist forward assertiveness of the Forty-Eight is about projecting a persona. is not pretending the Forty-Eight is built for long stints in the surprisingly comfortable solo saddle.

Still in immaculate condition with very low KMS and hardly ridden on Australian roads it comes with a tight service history and supporting documentation. It has a host of custom mods that add some tasteful personality.

With the image of coolness, you get a proven V-twin engine that delivers a bagful of torque from a point just past tickover. It’s enough pushing power to ensure a grin across the face every time you drop the clutch at the lights. Complete with fuel injection, the 48 engine makes riding a heavy Harley appear to be as easy as riding a bicycle.
