Flat track style for the street – This Harley sportster is a "Frankenstein" build – meaning parts were collected over time from here and there. The frame was hauled back from the US, after the owner blew it's engine. A typical set of 19" flat track tyres and rims were sourced from a wrecker in Northern NSW, while the rest of the parts were collected by Sydney tattoo artist, Rhys Gordon; pipes, seat, tail, headlight and handlebars.
He brought the parts he collected for his vision of a flat tracker and left it to our technical team to turn into a full-fledged flat tracker. And that we did.
The straight pipe exhaust produces a vicious sound – a 2 into 1 system that was powder-coated to suit the smokey-dark theme.
Up back, the tail and tiny rear fender is integrated with studded perforated leather seat.
This flat tracker has all the components of a classic flat track racer machine, but with added functionality for everyday city riding – namely, front brakes. The small tank for lightness and high mount exhaust tailpipe brings back balls-to-the-wall racing in its purest form. Wide handlebars with rubber grips for full control of the torquey engine. A vintage guardian bell is added as a personal touch.

A huge thanks to Rhys Gordon for trusting us with his Harley – can’t wait to see it screaming on the streets.
