The Predator Pro Exhaust pipes are fabricated using 100% 304 Stainless Steel. The high-performance mufflers feature our maintenance free Louvered Baffle system and are mounted with rubber bushings to isolate engine vibration and significantly reduces bracket fatigue, extending the longevity of your investment. Each system is handcrafted and TIG welded for the specific application. Installation is quick and easy for a bolt-on factory fit and finish. To match the factory headers on the Bonneville, they are Polished by hand and individually inspected prior to packaging.

To get the maximum Performance upgrade on your Fuel Injected Bonneville, British Customs recommends that you install our Air Box Removal Kit and Air Injection Removal Kit alongside the Predator Pro Exhaust. These products are designed to increase the air intake into your motor and allow for the proper running temperature. To ensure an ideal fuel/air mixture you should Re-Map your bike.

Special Notice: There was a mid-year change to the headers of the Bonneville EFI during the model year 2010. Due to this, we offer two versions. Be certain to select the proper VIN range for your model from the drop-down menu above prior to Adding the item to cart. The VIN is located on the Headstock of the frame between the upper and lower triple clamps. This refers to the last 6 digits of your VIN. 

To clarify, this product will not fit the "Liquid Cooled" Bonneville T100.

Q: Do you have installation instructions for this part?
A: Yes, we have developed a step by step Install Guide to assist in the home installation of this part. You can download the guide here. The Install Guide will also be emailed to you when your order ships.  

Q: Do I need to remap after I install these pipes?
A: British Customs recommends that you Re-Map your bike to get the best possible performance. Any Triumph Dealership can perform this Re-Map for you and we would recommend the Triumph Off Road Map. For additional Mapping Flexibility, we recommend that you purchase and install a DynoJet Power Commander V. With this unit installed you can upload a custom MAP developed by DynoJet for our Exhaust products.

Q: What happened to the previous Predators? Why are they now called the "Pro" model?
A: After many hours of R&D with the previous Predators we've been able to improve the overall quality and performance. The primary difference is that the Pro version is 100% Stainless Steel, from the internal Louvered Baffle System to the body, brackets and mounting hardware.
